Gatherings.....early DEC 2008

Gathering, yam chas, meeting with frens and old frens.....It's always felt good to meet frens especially old frens whom you don't often meet and contact. It's just nice to hear from them again, their stories, their developments, .....and of coz to c them in good shape. The thing is the 'click' is still there...

Had a series of them with frens in hometown, and kl.....some whom i have no time with, sorry guys....really tight schedule...and ya...i will certainly catch up with you all in one way or another....haha :)

Yam cha with hometown frens.....thx to nen and sioh ling....for their time bringing me around and hanging out with me throughout the 2 days in kch....had a great time, enjoying Sarawak good food....really miss the sarawak laksa.....wahahha.

Thx to MR.Toh the next manager of NHK or new korean biotech corp.....haha for the treat to NPC lab....it was totally out of expectation :)

THE WTTW gang...haha, it's funny and ya great to c you all working dy and gosh, u guys were talking careers, banks, economics, and restaurants.......waahaha, i found it hard to blend though i still can abit....thx to yew bong...wahhaa, his stories are always amazing and funny tat u wont felt left out......but ya....great to c u all getting more mature dy....and ya...no more uni student dy i guessed...haha

ARigatou MR. bank negara gabernor....wahaha, ...thx for helping ajak them out for dinner.....ya. Am happy to u all the same as the WTTW gang, all different dy....working de working dy....hehe, and final yr de no more clg activities dy....guessed things changed fast...eh.

Mr. Kam....wahaha. Really din expect to cya b4 i fly....Gosh....i was pretty surprised and excited to hear that u came back for 1 or 2 day holiday. Ya, old pal....all the chit chat and drinking bit....was definitely reminiscing for me....Haha, we always a bit of drinking while chating past, presence and future. Glad to c ya, brother!!

Pei li Bday...6th nov 08

The BIG day of Pei LI...haha, she likes PURPLE colour and especially the light purplish colour lagi.

So we tried our best to wear the colour she liked :)....everyone came to lab with different purple...haha, at least try to wear dark blue which is similar to purple....on her BIG day...

We had 2 guitarist that day too.. haha.

Taz writing a bday wish to Pei Li....

haha, saw that gal in black?? guessed it's very obvious she was the bday gal, rite?? she wear black genetic t-shirt coz it's a thursday......It was TOTALLY a purple surprise for her...seeing one and another wearing PURPLE???!!!!

So this is her bday cake in lab...hehe, beautiful isn't it!!!

This was the bday gift from WCS to bday gal....all streaked with bacteria...believe it??? BELIEVE IT....there's even a small red flower on the top right corner, saw it?

Food we had...spagetti sort of...

The yummy nasi lemak with rendang.......i reckoned it's one of the best...but not cheap.....

Haha, after dinner...it's another round of cake for the bday gal specially from WCS, LHJ, TMC, Beh, and me...

WCS and TMC got her to think of wat kind of cake was inside the white box which was actually EMPTY...haha, coz LHJ and me went to prepared another cakeSSS....hehe. The bday gal really got tricked into thinking that the white box contain a cake...haha

Nonetheless, the prank pulled on her came back with 10 beautiful little cakes.....(ALL bought from orange zone). IT's such a beauty to eat them....haha.

Ah beh and the bday gal with the 10 small little cakes after blowing off the candles...haha


And ya, pulling out the little candles....Surprisingly, the bday gal....din say NO for the game....she had beh helping her...haha.
Finally after watching these pretty cakes....we jz cant wait to taste how gud r there!!!


No worries, the cakes tasted good, some awesome....some ok lar....the pandan flavour was awesome with red beans inside....hehe.
